These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and World Wide Productions Pty Ltd ABN 84 068 751 771, trading as martinCRM (“martinCRM”, “we”, “us”) about your use of this marketing website at martincrm.com.au (the “Site”).
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. About this site
The Site is a public-facing brochure for martinCRM, a software product designed for Australian financial-advice practices. It is not the martinCRM product. Use of the product is governed by our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Permitted use
You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial information about our product and services. You may share links to Site pages.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any associated servers, or any data we hold;
- scrape, mirror or systematically download the Site, except by well-behaved search-engine crawlers that respect
robots.txt; - interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance or security of the Site;
- submit content (including via contact forms) that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malware or unsolicited advertising;
- use the Site or Site content to train artificial-intelligence models without our prior written consent.

The Site discusses software for financial advisers but does not itself provide financial product advice, tax advice, accounting advice or legal advice. Nothing on the Site should be relied on for those purposes. If you need professional advice, please consult an appropriately licensed adviser.

The Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, layouts and the “martinCRM” name, which is a registered business name) are owned by or licensed to World Wide Productions Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright and trade-mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Following a link is at your own risk.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time; the current version is always the version published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any Site content, or about uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some warranties cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes those non-excludable rights.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Wide Productions Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Wide Productions Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales (and courts of appeal from them) have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use.
